We will be doing a 4 course menu with wine pairings 

along with a welcome cocktail

Scallop Crudo - tomatillo consome, mango & caviar (optional)

w/ welcome cocktail

First Course

Celery Root & Apple Bisque w/cranberry reduction & chive

paired w/ 2023 pinot gris

Second Course

Crab and Endive Salad w/ a brioche crumbs, capers, lemon & creamy parmesan dressing

paired w/ 2023 white pinot noir

Third Course

Pistachio & Herb Crusted rack of lamb, palms puree, roasted pumpkin and heirloom carrots  & confit tomato

paired w/ 2023 estate pinot noir

Forth Course

House made Fresh Ricotta, clementine, pink peppercorn, spun sugar, 24 carat gold flakes

paired w/ 2022 metis red blend
